At DDT Collectibles, every sale is backed by our promise: if something arrives not as described, we make it right.

NOT AS DESCRIBED
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll refund or replace the item, including return shipping. This is our core guarantee.

SEALED PRODUCTS
Returnable within 14 days only if still factory-sealed and in the condition shipped.

SINGLES & GRADED CARDS
Returnable within 7 days in the same condition sent. Graded slabs must be returned uncracked. This protects both of us from card-swap fraud.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Photograph the package before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours. Carrier insurance claims are our responsibility, not yours.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email ddttheking@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
